Overclockers UK have them in stock right now as of today. A couple of people on their forums have ordered one already.

Why haven't we seen any reviews yet? Apparently voltage selection goes up to 2.05Volts on the Abit (not sure about Asus) 😀

I'm seriously considering getting one of these now with a Duron and upgrading the CPU in a few months...I just want to see what Anand or Kyle has to say about them!

Anyone ordered one?

Great News! I want one too.. only problem is I don't think I want to order from overseas! maybe it will be here in the US soon!!

I'd be almost certain that it'll be available in the US soon (if not already). I see no reason why it should be available in 'lil old England first.

I'm still going to wait for a review though 🙂 No sense in rushing these things.

Ut Oh! my computer is mad im about to replace it... now IE is going haywire.. the pages are loading all scrambled up! "it's ok you old POS, you will still be the firewall! and get to run that much nicer and more processor friendly linux operating system you like so much..remember how cool it makes you?!?"

Sorry everybody... She gets a bit emotional at times like this 😛

hehe, soon my friend, soon 🙂

judging from your rig sig, you could definitely do with an upgrade in the CPU/Mobo department. I reckon you've been wise holding out for this chipset.

I certainly hope so.. I want something fast.. adjustable.. stable and compatible... I went thru all kinds of hell with this board and the TNT2/geforce256... tried both.. the geforce seemed to work better so I kept it but still had problems.. finally Ali released updated AGP drivers that got me stable.. but its still not what I would call a compatible relationship.. at a whopping 2300 3dmarks, and agp 1x. 🙂

yeah, they're really expensive, huh? 🙁 They'll prolly be less than $150 in the US, but we have to fork out 150 pounds 🙁

I have a asus kt133a on order, next day delivery so should be here (dartford) friday. Has anyone found out anything about this board as the asus site shows nothing at all?

Always thought the US was second in line after the Orient to get stuff. How come the UK has it first - C'MON manufacturers!! get your act together.

Got this as a response to an email I sent Abit on Dec 30. Looks like they need to do less talking and more shipping to resellers.🙂

The KT7A and KT7A-RAID have been released to the masses. You should be able
to find them at computer stores everywhere. There is heavy demand for these
boards. According to many Hardware Websites, the KT7A series is even faster
than the KT7 series. If your computer store does not have them, ask them why not.
The pricing varies per country based on what tariffs and taxes the country
chooses to place on our motherboards. To be sure you are getting a good
price, go to a few computer resellers and also look at price comparison
websites.

Thanks for your interest in ABIT.
