KT7 RAID and Radeon 64meg DDR

I am having some issues With the newest offering from ATI and Abit.
Are there any success stories you would like to share with me. I really need someone to tell me they got this combo running.

I am using a Duron 600@600 (locked I penciled the l1 pins no luck)
Abit KT7 RAID
Quantum Big foot 6.4 (boot drive)
2 Maxtor 46gig ATA100 (can't get Array up)
Compaq DVD 115
ZIP 250
Radeon 64meg DDR
128megs Micron PC 100 (I had it)
Custom case dual Power supplys with 10 fans (ATX for MB, AT supply for Fans and lights)
Sound Blaster Live Platinum
Mitsubshi Diamond plus 91
1.44 floppy
Win98se
As you can tell I have some chump change in this combo and would like to here from some on on how they had to set the Bios or Drivers to get this thing running.
I am having the most trouble with excellerated video. I get lock ups (system freezes) and monitor errors that say input freqs out of range and no input to HFreq. or Vertical Freq.
Any help would be appreciated

The drivers that are on the site are the same as on the install disk for the DDR version 4.12.3044 so that won't help.
I sent a letter to Ati and they told me to set the aperature 64mb although I haven't tried any other settings Ill try anything right now.

I am getting more locks than I was because I was just surf'n and the damn thing freeze framed on me again. It is like you pushed the snapshot button and the video stays with the freeze frame picture.
I can Ctrl+Alt+Del then enter until it shuts down Explorer and reboots when this freeze frame thing happens. This is something new When it freezes in a game I must use the power button.
