kt7-raid and duron1.3hgz?

Does anyone know if you can run a 1.3 duron on the kt7-raid? And what bios version do you need to be up to in order to do it?

Supports AMD Athlon/Duron 600MHZ-1.2GHZ 200/266MHz FSB Socket A Processors

but per their email:

Dear Customer,

Sorry, KT7-RAID can only support Duron up to 950Mhz with the latest bios.
Morgan core Duron is not supported.


I think you can run a faster Duron but it is just not official supported. Does anyone run faster than a 950 Duron on their kt7?

Update to the the 7N bios. My kids have the KT7 non A running a Duron 1GHz (Morgan) at 1242MHz.

You need to check the revision of your board anbd see if it supports Athlon XP Processors. Certain revisions of KT7(A)'s refuse to work with Athlon XP (and the Athlon XP deprived Morgan Durons at 1GHz and above).
