Kryo II Overclockability?

I was wondering, what's the fastest speed someone has overclocked the Kryo II, and how much of a performance benefit did it entail?

Also, are the Apollo 4500 Kryo 2 and the Hercules clocked at the same speed or is the Apollo slower(its 20 buck cheaper on Pricewatch.com)?

That specific page just displays the performance gain when OCed to 197/197. You can take a look at the rest, but I figure that'll be of the most benefit to you...

Note that, the Apollo version does not come with a fan, whereas the Hercules does... Thus the Hercules will keep cooler when OCed.
