Didn't Vice do an article on this? There's whole towns in Russia abandoned and now just filled with Krokodil addicts. It's absolutely the end of the line if you use it.
 
Legalize drugs, then we wont have to deal with shit like this and K2. Let addicts use opium, which is much safer that heroin/morphine.

Opium contains morphine, about 10-12%, as well as codeine, and thebaine. It's only a couple steps away from pure morphine, and then it's only one step to heroin. Aside from them being stronger, they are no worse for you than opium probably better actually since they contain less alkaloids. What makes things like street heroin, and desomorphine bad are the agents used to make, and cut them, the pharmaceutical versions, aside from their addictive qualities, are fairly harmless.

you fix this by legalizing the originals, opium, cannibus, cocaine

otherwise you get hardheads which will do whatever it takes (reduce codeine, snythesize desomorph) to get there opiate..

they dont WANT to use krokodil.. they only make it because they can't get heroin......because it's competitive business......illegal drug/legal drug...... from the same damn poppy.

here in the us, you either pay a doc an outrageous amount to prescribe you an opiate, or you go find your local ghetto......

and dont tell me (blah blah blah dont do drugs blah blah) because every single time, someone says that..... of course, they find themselves high and mighty because doc prescribed it... they "need" it...... fuck that stupid shit, no one who takes any of those drugs, doesn't "need" it... legal or not..

try it sometime. it's not exactly a feeling of "high." it's pain relief, emotional and physical.. yes.. opiates are the best antidepressant as well.... dont hear that much eh? but alas.. it's true.. been used for 1000's of years for it... used to be sold in the sear's catalog...

They don't have to be free if they are legal, the cost for pharmacuticels is so ridiculously low that a month's worth for even a hardened junkie can be as low as a couple hundred bucks, versus a hundred plus per day.

the whole junkie situation is created by the high price!!! / incarceration business created!!!

never seen as functioning opiate addict??? yeah you have... all those people that pop vicodin all day.


the closest thing we have no to how it COULD look, is the methadone programs, i was once on it, it costs 10 bucks a day, no matter the dose...... i would say about 80 percent of the people i saw who were on that program were completely functioning addicts...... because, they found a way to get there opioid, for a reasonable price (10 bucks a day is still not that reasonable, but it beats 100) so now they can work, and not have to spend all day pounding the pavement trying to score money then drugs.... (and to them it's not drugs, to them it's a necessary medicine)

Oh jesus stop. Someone who is addicted to vicodin/hydrocodone is killing themselves and are too stupid to realize it. The Acetaminophen that is in the pills is slowly but surely poisoning their system and destroying their liver.
