Went to buy new blades 3 weeks ago and like always I'm sickened by the price of blades so I decided to look through the disposable and saw these on sale 6 for $2.50. At that priced I figured what the hell and bought a couple packs. I've been using one for 3 weeks now and am more impressed after each use. The handle feels like crap like all disposable but the blade itself works really well. I can't compare it to a mach 3 since I haven't used one in a long time, too expensive, but it is better than the twin blade gillette I have been using.

If you have a Kroger's around pick up a pack and give them a try. Think they are a whopping $3.50 for 6 when not on sale.

Nothing beats Mach 3. The authentic (not cheap eBay models) blades last for months (up to 6 if you keep the razor clean and dry after use) and can be had for relatively good prices if you catch a sale ($16 for 12 blades currently on Amazon with free shipping on order of $25).

With that said, I'll monitor this thread (hopefully updated over time) to see if these hold up well over time. I might consider them if they hold up well. Hell, for $2.50, I might splurge and buy a package and try them out! ;)

Krogrer brand anything kicks butt. They're probably one of the best store brands available.

I'll agree there. If its available in a generic Kroger brand I get the Kroger brand. Walmart's generic crap is crap.
