The powdered ones or cake ones are ok, but the regular, MAN they are gross!! Make me sick, the glaze just has a weird taste to it.

Piece of advice, NEVER get a glazed one with chocolate icing on it. Man, almost made me vomit one time.

DD vs. KK is a classic battle of cake vs yeast. Truly there is no clear winner in epic conflicts of this nature lest it be the clothier.

They just opened one up here in my town in Connecticut. Poor Dunkin Donuts is sending out 'Free Bagels' and 'Free dozen donuts' (with no purchase) coupons! I've had the KK donuts, don't like them much, waaay too sweet. The first day they opened the line was over 2 miles long. Now the line usually isn't that bad, still about 30minute-1hour wait during busy times (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

I couldn't tell from the article if this was only for the corporate owned stores, or if they were including franchised ones as well.

An article I read stated a major portion of KK's profit increase came from their introduction of their own brand of coffee. They say sales of that is through the roof.......way over expectations.

Ugh! Their doughnuts were a nightmare for me. I'll only ever try it once in my life. They moved close to my residence, so I used that chance to try what so many people boast about. The one time I tried it was terrible: Extremely oily and extremely sugary. Trust me, I like sugar. But I won't take that crap into my body in that excess. I closed my eyes and ate everything but swore never to go back there. I'm surprised they exist. But then again, brand alone carries so much weight in this country.

More power to them with their business success, since it is the people who are willing to feed on that kind of stuff.

You health conscious people and your weird tastes! Hate to see what your favorite foods are.

in my town, they're really good, considering dunkin donuts are a good 12 hours old by the time we get them :(
