KR7A Raid users...please help!

I purchased a KR7A Raid to use along with my 1.4 AYHJA. I also purchased a 512mb stick of Samsung PC2700 as I was told to get some good memory to use with this board. After going to viahardware.com, I saw where I may have some problems with certain types of memory.
Is anyone running this board with a 512mb stick of Samsung PC2700 memory (or a 512mb stick of any memory?)?
Would I be better off with 2-256mb sticks? I presently have 2-256mb sticks of "Compuwiz" memory that I purchased last year.
Comments? Suggestions?

I have 2 sticks of pny 256 ddr pc-2100 ram Infineon chips!! works good for me.................

I have one 256MB micron and one 256MB Infineon.

Works without a hitch at 145Mhz FSB.

I had that setup with 512MB Kingston PC2100 and XP1900+
can go as high as 145 too with the lastest BIOS at that time, i believe it's 6N.
