Enable cmos jumper for 10 seconds (with system off) then return jumper to original position. Re-boot and adjust fsb to 133 in bios. This may help.

Clear cmos and try again. Mine does that and i'm trying to figure it out too. I have a 1600+ and it recognizes it as a 1050mhz. When i change to 1600+ in bios it will shutdown the first time and will power up for like 2 sec and then off again. I can clear cmos and go set bios to 1600 again and it will reboot fine. I have another problem that when I shut down the computer and leave it for 10 minutes or more it will not power up ( no light, fan) nothing. I will however power up if i hit the buttong right after shut down.
?????????????????????
