After a few BSOD's, I dug and found this site, which solved my problem:

The memtest86 program referred to here is killer. I first set all memory timings per the recommended "Optimum SDRAM Settings " for the KR7A then ran program. It reported errors, I'd adjust settings, then rerun. Only settings I had to adjust to get sweet love were:
DRAM Command Rate: 2T (instead of 1T)
And I upped the DDR voltage to 2.65V in the Softmenu III
No errors reported by this extensive memory tester, and no more BSOD! CAS2 and 150MHz FSB (300MHz DDR) have been realized!
