KR7A-133R Boot Prob -- Fried??

In switching around some surge protectors to address a prob w/ my dsl modem (whole different story :| ) I noticed one of the surge protectors was giving an error light. I reached to unplug it and unplugged the one for my main system on accident! Now when I try to turn the computer back on it won't boot. Everything powers on, but there is no video signal. I have some HDD activity, but then everything stops. The status indicator LED's show the green one and yellow one lit up at the same time; I believe those are the power on and standby LED's respectively. Are these both supposed to be on at once? Did I fry my mobo, is it RMA time? I haven't had a chance to try reseating anything yhet, or try a diff power supply.

BTW, I'm using an Enermax 365W Whisper. It was perfectly fine before but could my little surge have thrown it out of whack or something?

Yellow means the psu is on and the green means the mobo is on.

try clearing up the cmos.

It shouldnt be too serious. Do you have another mobo you can try the psu on??
