The scene where the exile confronts the three Jedi on Dantooine. They're talking about Malachor being the crucible for the exile's current predicament. The conversation then goes like this:

Vrook: You were deafened.

Traya: At last, you could hear.

Kavar: You were broken.

Traya: You were whole.

Other Jedi: You were blinded.

Traya: And at last, you saw.

Is Traya simply assuming that the exile ought to share her perspective, and so stating conclusions from her logic that it's time for the Force to die?

I don't think so. I think it all has to do with being
The only Jedi to come out of that alive after losing your memory and your connection to the force...on your own. Your experience gives you a very contrasted view of everything.

Maybe. It's open to interpretation but I think she meant more that
you were no longer bound by the Sith or the Jedi and were able to think for yourself. She is (now) very much Neutral and against blind obedience to the extremes.

This and Planescape: Torment have some of the best game writing with regards to darkness and evil. If you are playing as a light side character now I highly recommend a second playthrough later as a dark sider.
