I sent in my fav headfone: ksc-35s to koss for warranty service w/ usps priority around jan. 10 and I still haven't received it back. Should I be concerned? What should I do?

When I have to send in my wife's Koss SportaPro's for warranty repair/replacement I usually get them back in two weeks, three tops. Give them a call I guess.

What did you send 'em in for? I have the KSC-35 as well, sometimes I get a crackling sort of sound at certain frequnecies, almost like distortion, not even at high volume levels.

I blew out one of the drivers in my KSC-35s and haven't gotten around to sending them back into Koss. I've been kinda worried that I'm going to get the KSC-50s or something else because I think they stopped producing the KSC-35s.

Has anyone gotten replacement foam pads for their KSC-35s? Mine are wearing through. The left one has completely fallen off, and the right one is working on it. Will Koss mail me some new ones if I call them?

Thanks for the tip. I will have to try this out.

The KCS-35 have been some of the best headphones I've ever listened to and they are small to boot. They compare very much, imo, to the Sennheiser 495.

the KSC-35s are MUCH more comfortable w/o the pads! just plastic on skin baby, it's the way to go

the earclips are reattacheable.. if you really wore it out..however it might be possible... heat up the attachment fingers for 2/3 seconds with a lighter then crimp them closer slowly.. itll grip the attachment joint more firmly
