Koss 1,000W 6.1-Ch. Home Theater System with Progressive-Scan DVD/CD/MP3 Player



Big returns on these types of systems because people buy them thinking 1000 watts and end up blowing the receiver/speakers... sssssssooooooooo many are returned...



 
LOL... My local BB has them stacked against the entire front of the store. Must be 150-200 of them.. They just can't seem to sell them. I think the checkout guy told me they were going for $79 after rebate. Still not really worth it..

 
My dad got one of these for free when he ordered his HDTV from BB, and it actually sounds really nice. The only problem with Koss is their warranty sucks. It's only 3 mos, and typically they aren't cheap to repair if they do break.

You know the old "judge the quality of the electronic devise by its weight" can be used here. I mean I dont swear by this but when you are in the store pick this thing up and pick the speakers up. Not very heavy. Stear clear of this one, but for the price it makes a LARGE stocking stuffer for that person who just bought a new home or that college student

Koss Electronics end which is not to be confused with the Headphone Division that carrys 1 Lifetime Warranty on most of its products...
