Kosher "Meat sticks?"

Asked my wife to pick up kielbasa and she picked up some ready to eat kosher 'meat sticks' by mistake. It kinda looks like hot dogs meets jerky. Give it a try or kill it in a fire? How's it usually prepared - just cold, or warmed up? Grilled? Boiled?

If your meat stick does not have pork in it, then it's a failure as a meat stick.

Sounds like those are closer to beef jerky then sausage ... doing anything much more then warming them up a bit will likely dry them out.

Opened the package and the meat sticks were covered in a thick layer of oil/fat. I took one bite and the smell reminded me of moldy basements, so I tossed the rest and brushed my teeth...
