Korn Concert, Cleveland, Sunday 28th

edro

Lifer
I am going with a friend, and I just wanted everyone out there to know.

This is especially for those of you who hate Korn.

My official opinion is: Korn is the best heavy metal (hard rock, wtf ever you wanna call it) band in the history of the universe.

Anyone else going?

Where the hell is my cookie?

I'm going to withhold judgement. Let's just say that I pity you and your poor taste in music. I guess you never really know how bad it it until you start listening to better stuff.

How can you give a reply like that without giving at least one example?

Because he doesn't have his own taste in music. I'm with you though, I love Korn. Saw them back in July when they were on Linkin Park's tour. I like Linkin Park, and they played great, but Korn was the highlight of night for me.

Me too! I saw them with Linkin Park and Snoop in Columbus. That was awesome. I like Linkin Park too, but I think Korn was better. 🙂

Ok, so they are good... but Korn is still better.

Saw Korn at OzzFest in '03. They kicked MAJOR ASS! They were musically tight and Jonathan sounded awesome. I can't remember which song it was, but in the middle of it they slid right into the middle section of Metallica's "One", the part with the drums that sound like machine guns and the whole "Landmine has taken my sight" section, and the crowd went absofrickenlutley apesh!t. I would definitely go see tham again.

But, I'm going to see Marilyn Manson tomorrow night. He was at OzzFest also, and he rocked as well.

Have fun.

I can't wait, aside from that I am very jealous of you.

OMG! FOR SERIOUS! Slipknot is my second favorite heavy metal band. I have never seen them live, and I missed a show of theirs, like 5 miles from my apartment. (I didn't know it was going on)

Toronto is a long ass way from me, but it might be worth it to see Canada for the second time and see Slipknot too!

Oh yeah... YOU CAN'T SEE CALIFORNIA WITHOUT MARLON BRANDO'S EYES!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: Whoa, I just realized I am wearing my Slipknot "You cannot kill what you did not create" t-shirt from working out. 🙂

Yeah we were very close. Corey spit water right on my face at one point, so crazy. The pit was ridiculous, I can't wait for this next concert.

Mapquest says 412 miles, 6 hours from Columbus to Missinagua (or whatever). That is tempting... I wish they had more dates set, farther ahead than Feb.

I brought my brother to the last Projekt Revolution, having never seen Korn nor Linkin Park. He doesn't even like Korn, but he thought that their live performance was awesome.

After seeing them several times, i'd have to say they still don't disappoint live! Same with Limp Bizkit 😛 Most people hate em, but damned if Fred doesn't know how to put on a good show!
