I agree. People here just love bashing other cultures. I can cite examples of an American TV show (crap, forget the name! The host is also the announcer for UFC) where it had people eating cod fish sperm, live tomato worms, drink cow's blood, etc.

When i was in Korea we went to a japanese restaurant
This meal was all seafood and actually it was the most incredible meal of my life (cost about $400 for 6 people)
This meal was more like a true work of art
they had a plate of octopus legs that were cut into about 1 inch long pieces and they were squirming. I tried my first ... had to force it from plate because those little suckers were holding on for dear life ... and all I can say is that it was the best tasting part of the meal. In fact I went back for seconds, thirds and fourths
They're babies, so i don't think they have their ink yet... at least i didn't see any ink squirting when i saw the guy on the Food network eat it.
My question is: Who was the first guy that thought about doing this... and how many experiments did he go through before figuring out that this was the best.
