you install the korean version, no biggie, other then it can be a pain (I slipstream language specific distro's to avoid squiniting at the screen later)

Control Panel->Regional and Language Options ?

Might need to install MS Unicode pack first by choosing View->Encoding->More->Korean on any site in IE. It will install Korean fonts.
