Kodak DX3900 vs Canon S410

Here's a big question relating to my trip to India.

My GF has a Kodak DX3900 digital camera with her.
I've been thinking of buying a Canon S410.

Should I bother buying the camera to take on the trip? Or will the pictures from the S410 be worth it?

Bring both. The canon will probably take better pictures, but the other camera might catch things you miss.

I wouldn't know how to use the manual controls. I know nothing about photography.

The S410 can do some AWESOME panorama shots, so it's worth it just for that. I can't imagine that the Kodak's pictures would hold a candle to it. It takes very good pictures.

I've used Canon S400's and SD110's both take amazing pics. I recommend.

Buy your S410 here on the forums if you can, winnipeg stores are expensive.
