kodak 4800 visor out of focus

hi all i just the kodak dc4800 and the visor is a little out of focus and does not depend on the zoom too much
for close things it's clearer for for anythign 4feet or father it's out of focus when you look into the visor. at first it was very bad, i returned it for a second one , the last one they had in store, and althought it's a bit better it's still kindda out of focus.

is this normal, is there somehting i should know about this kodak model, thanks

What do you mean by visor? The LCD screen? You should really post this is a different forum!

edit: looks like a mistake guys, he posted it in the DC4800 thread, must have posted it as a new topic on accident too.
 
no by visor i dont mean lcd, by visor i mean visor, the thing you look in.
and i posted it in the right forum, this is what i intended to do, for those actually giving me answers thanks, as for the smartasses, post your smartass comments in the 'I'm a smartass fat moron forum' thanks.

hey, bro, u mean viewfinder right? I thought I answered your question here when you posted on that thread. Why bother starting another one here that should belong to ~~~~Brag & Moan~~~~?
 
It's called a diopter.

Viewfinder: 1.8" LCD, Optical real image viewfinder with AF frame
Field of View: 90%
Diopter Adjustment: -1 +/-2 diopter

Mine was blurry too.. But the manual soon fixed that you really should of checked there before returning the first one "heh" and especially after the second had the same problem. BTW If everybody had your attitude and posted what they want here it would not be much of a hot deal forum now would it. Think about that.............. BTW you should change the topic to LOCK

LordGorzul has posted enough times to be a member, but still thinks he can post threads like this in Hot Deals just cuz he's too lazy to read the damn manual? And to make matters worse, after getting flamed, the only retort he can muster is the lame insult "as for the smartasses, post your smartass comments in the 'I'm a smartass fat moron forum'". Unfortunately for you, LG, 80% of the community in this forum are "smartass fat morons". You will have to sharpen your rapier wit if you have such thin skin.
