What makes you think you can use it as a webcam?

Thought you could do that with alot of digital cameras.

Im not sure if its fast enough over the serial interface, but there is a video out on the camera itself

About a year ago I found some software that lets certain digital cameras connected using a com port to be used as webcams.

AFAIK, it cannot be used as a webcam.

Edit: The video out requires a special cable from Kodak and is used to show pictures on a TV that are already taken and on the camera

You can with a lot of them, but the DC3200 isn't one of them. The video-out on the camera is so you can hook it up to a TV and display a slideshow on it AFAIK you can't transmit the live feed from the lens, although you may want to check into Czar's post.

I know a lot of those 3-in-1 cheapo Digis can do it.
