He's taking about 5 more shots a game...shaq's taking 2 less...but attempting about 2 more free throws a game. Kobe is shooting 47% from the field, 87% from the line. Iverson is around 41, Carter 45, Stackhouse 41. Now, Bryant is playing 3 more minutes per game this year, and the lakers don't have Glen rice anymore, so, thats where those 5 shots are coming from.

Bear in mind that Shaq demanded a trade after the lakers beat the hell out of Phoenix because he only shot the ball 14 times.
 
The problem isn't Kobe's game...it's Kobe's attitude. Shaq sucks as a free throw shooter, but he has a better attitude.
 
Kobe is spoiled by being a teammate of M. Jordon of Phil Jacksons Bulls days.

Shaq needs to grow up, he stinks as a b-ball player, 39% free throw accuracy? Wasn't he the one who stirred things up in Orlando and want to be traded? Now he is at it again!
