Yeah if convicted Kobes screwed, and will likely get jail time. It might actually be better to server 5-10 years than spend his whole life on probation.
Also about Jeff Gorden. The court came to the conclusion that Gorden did not cheat on his wife, and he and his wife had a $15million out of court settlement. She did not get anywhere near half of his money like she had wanted.

No I read, a credible report, the lends credibility to other earlier reports. Early reports were that she had visible brusing that was still apparent two weeks after the alleged sexual assault. Yesterdays report by ABC, stating that the DA has a bellhop that will testify that he saw the girl shortly after she left Kobes room and that she was crying, in hysterics and had red marks on her face and neck.
