it prevents code-widening posts by inserting spaces into words every so often. hint-hint-i-don't-remember-ezones-URL 😉

Yup. But it is a problem only when yo udont linkify stuff though... and if you set the "target" resolution as 800*600, that is a LOT of characters before you should require a space.
althgouh, page-wideneres are wosre on /. since the WHOLE thing gets widened, whereas here, just that post does.
