Know of Any MicroSD Recovery Service?

So I have a 4GB microSD card that died in my camera. It has some pictures I would like to retrieve if possible. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for a company that does recovery services for them?

The card itself is no longer recognized by the camera or a PC in Windows/Linux/OSX. I've tried various software and hotswapping with a good card.
