I saw it on Friday and eh... maybe I was just in a stupor or something but I don't recall anyone laughing at the movie. I didn't really find it that funny, although I guess I didn't laugh at most of 40 Year Old Virgin rather than say "That's me... yep that too..."

Maybe it's a bit more amusing if you've gone through a pregnancy with someone (or have been through one yourself (for the ladies obviously)).

I thought this was coming out next weekend, on the 7th or 8th. If I can't get out during the week, I'll still see it Friday like I'd planned :)

Wife picked it out and made me go see it. We laughed tons, though I did get her knocked up and we related to a lot of that stuff :)

Saw the trailer to run fatboy run, and wanna see that, looked pretty funny.

I saw it Saturday and could not stop laughing...absolutely loved it. Moreso than your typically decent romantic-comedy. I will be suggesting it to my friends when I get home from NY and will probably see it again. Also saw "Waitress" yesterday...also good, but much more sparse of a script and the humor was more dry/deadpan. B- for "Waitress" and A- for "Knocked Up"...but those could change once I think about them some more ;)

I just thought it was waaaaaaaaaaaay too long at 2+ hours. Maybe it was also because I was sick and was sweating like a mofo at the theater. But it was still long as hell.

One thing I kept thinking about while watching the movie is how annoying the main character's voice is. Especially when he laughs. Although it may fit the bum perspective that he's supposed to have, it sure detracted from the film for me when I sat there going "I hope he doesn't talk again."

It was really funny for the first two thirds of the movie, then it got serious. But overall a good movie to watch.

I saw it opening night with my gf. We both loved it and will be buying it when it comes out. Very very funny.

Pretty funny movie overall. 95% of things the main character said just made me go "why in god's name would you think that is a good thing to say...ever??", but it made for a funny movie.

My friend and I about lost it when he claimed he could "relate to kids when it comes to bubbles...they're shiny, they float, you can pop them with your hands....I totally get it"

Yea I saw the preview and did not really jump at me. I told me wife what movies were out and she said we could see this.
I went to it thinking it be another bomb like the last movie we saw but we, and everybody there, laughed very hard and loud. I was very surprised at how good it was. Will get it when it comes out on DVD.

The only thing my wife did nto like was the language, i.e. bad words. But even with that she still enjoyed it like myself.

"Yea I caught him masterbating. But the worse part was he was using out new towles. Once he does that in them they will never be soft again." :)

This is true, although the bits with the roomate with the beard/hair in the waiting room were awesome.

Who is this, Ben's rabbi?

I thought it was great as well. All of the characters were played perfectly by their respective actors.

I enjoyed it as well. My wife and I were trying to decide between it and Shrek 3. I'm glad I went with Knocked Up.
