Use that old set of crutchs called "Aves" 😉

You can get knee injuries playing hacky-sack? :Q 😕 How would that be accomplished?
**EDIT**
BTW, my right knee hurts right now and I am not doing anything but sitting on a computer chair. Meh, you get used to it after a while. If I get surgery I lose the ability to do certain things.

I went out for a "save", came down on my knee and broke it!
Went to the emergency room and they said "YUP, it's broken, go see a specialist!"
No money and no insurance so now 15+ years later it still gives me trouble sometimes, but all in all, it seems I have LESS problems that a LOT of people I have talked to that DID get surgery.
I am convinced cycling helped a LOT with my "recovery"!

I went to the doctor today and he said that it was just Bursitis and Tendonitits. He gave me a steroid shot in my knee. He said it should feel better in two weeks at the most. At least it wasn't anything too bad. 😀

Hacky sack! I wasn't aware that was a rough enough sport to hurt your knees. Though, it does involve a lot of twisting your knees. Sorry your knees hurt, too! 🙂Originally posted by: Brutuskend

Def. not! 🙂 Though, if I had a body like that it would be easier to force people into cheerleader uniforms. 😉😛

This is only gonna make sense if you are or still continue to feel pain...
I recommend a better bed. A tempur-pedic or a decent knock-off of the same(check the thread here in the Hot Deals forum) and here is a shortcut link to where I bought mine and the price keeps dropping. It's the same as the TP mattress in my house.
I swear it helped erase all sorts of aches and pains. Seriously, think about a new bed.
P.S. to any of you younglings making fun of us old folks... you will be old some day, that is, if you make it. 😉
