KMV and Keyboard functions

I just got a KMV and hooked it up and almost everything is working fine except my keyboard's extra functions, such as volume, media controls and other stuff doesn't work. It's a logitech elite keyboard and a belkin omniview kmv. Is there any chance of getting the extra functions to work or am I out of luck?
