Not really, it was found when this was posted a day or two ago (LINK) that these are refurbs...

Still awesome speakers! But the price for these refurbs is the same as if you got em from klipsch.

Technically, yes i believe so. Then again, they usually have disclaimers on their site saying they arent responsible for typographical errors.
