Klipsch ProMedia Refurbished4.1 $119.99

I have the 2.1 version and I won't buy another set of speakers until they completely die.

They rock and for $119 it's a steal..

ah, I was thinking of the Logitech Z-5300's. Look pretty similar (without the center channel or remote, though)

Are these speakers any good?

These speakers are very, VERY good. Klipsch knows how to make speakers. I would never pay retail for these, but at this price, definitely hot. And they have plenty (288) still in stock.

It is Klipsch so I would hope that "refurbished" means they are still in good physical condition. These speakers are awesome.

I paid retail ($300) for these in Nov 2001, and I am still using them (2 PC's later). Awesome speakers, and I hardly ever turn the main volume past about 1/4 - 1/3 of a turn. Maybe it's just me, but the old 4.1's sound better than the new GMX's anyway. (Especially dollar for dollar).

I completely agree, these do sound better than the GMX's. I have had these for awhile and love them. 400 watts of Klipsch sound for $120 is an insane deal.

Interesting. I watched it go from 2 to 1 and then they reloaded it with a fresh supply of 30

They probably did that on purpose so that way people buy it, thinking that the deal is about to run out.

i couldnt resist...
ive wanted these forever, and hey, refurb from ecost generally isnt so bad.

anyone gotten theirs yet? is it in good shape?
theres no real way to hurt speakers right/

I have a set of the 2.1 promedias, is there a way to integrate them into this 4.1 setup? If there is I will buy it 🙂 (looking for a reason to buy them.....hehe)

Buy the 4.1's for $120 and then sell your 2.1's for $100-120 on ebay 🙂
