I ordered these from Dell a few weeks ago. They arrived and there were scuff marks and scratches on the subwoofer. So somebody else had there hands on them first. but they sound good anyway

That is simply unacceptable. Unless advertised as refurb, I'd shove these back in Dell's face.

yeah, that's got me worried now

I went back and looked over the description on dell's website and nothing even hints that these are refurbs.

I don't know anything about this particular deal on the Dell site, but I have a set of these at home and absolutely love them. They sound fantastic and go about as loud as you would ever want them. If you have the means, I recommend playing through the first two levels of the Russian campaign in Call of Duty very loudly to give them a proper breaking in 🙂
