On the clearance table at the CompUSA off the Palmetto and NW. 12 Ave...not the one in South Miami...

I almost picked them up...but decided against it...

no manual no box...no nuttin..

but still a good deal for 1/2 the original price if they work good..

somebody go get em before I change my mind.. 🙂

damn you jcuadrado!

i live in south beach and work in doral, so going all the way up there is a PITA, but man i'm considering it... my 6 year old Altec Lansings have been great, but 4.1 would be nice, and the price is excellent...

always glad to meet another South Fla AT'er =)

I'm just kidding 😀 It's a real kick ass THX certified sound system. Lots of review out on the web. Check 'em out 🙂

<< Now what the hell is a Klipsch 4.1 ? >>

OMG!!!!!!!!! just one of the greatest speaker systems for your computer. and at that price, it's just amazing.

Too bad, my mom lives 1 mile from Kendall store. Would have had her get'em, and bring them to me this weekend. 🙁
Sweet deal!

after a lot of thought and I mean alot...I didn't buy the speakers...wondering if anyone from AT picked em up?

My friend has an older set of Klipsch 4.1s, and recently picked up a new set of Logitech z-560's for $150 (w/headphones & joystick shipped) and he compared them side by side, said the Klipsch's satellites were a bit more crisp on highs due to tweeter, but that the z-560's sub blew away the klipsch's.

Would save your money for the z-560's if I were you 😉

heh no havent picked them up

considering doing so tomorrow when i go to get 80gig hd (maxtor but compusa branded) for $100 tomorrow morning, but my 2.1 altec lansings are pretty nice, and thats quite a bit of cash, esp considering i use my headphones more than anything...

i am in computer heaven: z560s at school, and when i go home for breaks, i *have* to go back to the klipsch 4.1s muahahahaah!

I am soooooo excited, as about 8 months ago, there was a deal posted for some Compaq professional series speakers that were refurbished for $19.99+$29 or so shipping. I bought these, but the subwoofer was never operating properly. Phoned Compaq for warranty service in October. I was told that it would be December 1st and replacements would be shipped. Well, today, 5 months later and 3 months later than when they were to be shipped, at my door this morning were two (2) sets of Klipsch 4.1 ProMedia's!!!!!I cannot believe this, because I am not a lucky person.😀

You know, I have a set of the Klipsch boxes attached to a computer that's sitting, oh, about 5 feet away from another computer that has the Logitechs attached to it...I really should do a comparo on them.

<< Im there after I get off work tomorrow! 🙂 >>

uhhhhhhhhhh don't waste your time dude, simmray picked them up on February 15th as you can see from his post above...
