klipsch 2.1 loose plugs on speakers

I just got my klipsch promedia 2.1s and the sound keeps dropping out of one speaker or the other and I have to twist the mini plug around in the back
It seems to drop out when the plug is pushed in *all the way* -- if I pull it a 1/2 mm out from the jack, it's ok
I SPENT $200 ON THESE **KLIPSCHs** AND THEY HAVE PROBS?!

I have the same speakers with a TB Santa Cruz and I experience the same problem. It is a pain but only happens occasionally if I don't move my PC around.

Try whiping the plug on your shirt or somthing similar. Sometimes its a bit dirty, preventing it from having a good contact. Unfortunetly, the speaker wires are one of the few weaknesses of the ProMedia's. Many people perform an upgrade on their speaker wires to fix this problem, among others. I find it annoying, but I don't consider this issue somthing that would prevent me from reccomending the speakers to others.
