Ok heres what happened ... I wanted to test my tbird 1ghz AXIA and Iwill KK266R before i installed my watercooler on it. So i put the heatsink and plugged in the power supply to the mobo (but without a switch to turn it on or off). It turned on and recognized the cpu and all.. but the only way i could turn it off was to unplug the powersupply from the wall. Ever since i did that it wont turn back on.
