I know these questions come up way to much, but read the whole thing -- it's not exactly like all the others
I have a kk266plus xp1500+ and I just got a new AX-7 w/ 28cfm
I keep hearing that the kk266plus gives temps out 10c lower than they are but I now really can't believe that -- here are my temps under full load
ambient: 23
system: 34
cpu: 42
 
according to your motherboard reaidngs, you are running 8C over ambient system temp.

So, yeah, your KK266 series mb is probably reading in line with other kk266s. Temps are being under-reported, and in fact, the kk266 series is among the lowest "socket-thermistor norm temps".
