kitchen knives?

i'm seriously considering getting a ceramic knive, but the brittleness of it kind of holds me back.

Yes sir, they are indeed the same folks, but kitchen cutlery is sold under the Forschner brand (at least that is what I have seen). In my stupidity, I forgot that :D

I have one.
It stays sharp longer than my Global.
I suppose under a microscope we could see that it is sharper, but it does not "seem" that way when you use it.

Go with either an 8" or maybe a 10". You'll probably find a 6" a bit too small. I'm sure you can find knives of different sizes at work. See which size works best for you and the type of work you are doing.
