people care what the guy from growing pains thinks?

I met him at a Christian church in South Florida a few years ago, it was overflowing packed.

I'd say probably 51% of the Country cares about what he has to say against science.

That's frightening...

Tootie is against it, so I'll have to see what Mr. Drummond says about it before i make up my mind.

And see... what 51% of the country cares about, even if it's just some stupid child actor turned preacher, really matters when you've created a country with no rules but mob rule, now doesn't it?

Too bad you never stopped to think about before you demanded that government fulfill the majority's every little whim.

Yep, I know all too well. We get Bush for 8 years.

Of course many of that 51% are in here and they like that we have him for 8 years.

Cameron will use the event to also speak out against evolution, which he thinks is not credible and a major contributor to the growth in atheism.

"Evolution is unscientific. In reality, it is a blind faith that's preached with religious zeal as the gospel truth. I'm embarrassed to admit that I was once a naïve believer in the theory,? said the former television star in a statement. ?Atheism has become very popular in universities ? where it's taught that we evolved from animals and that there are no moral absolutes. So we shouldn't be surprised when there are school shootings.?

Sounds like a real winner.

Looked in the mirror? You voted for him, not I.

Um... and he really sees absolutely no irony in making that statement?

it's scary, religion can really take over your sense of reality.

Remember Dave, you put him there.

Anyone see the debate? I loved how when it came down to 'Why does the universe need to be contrained by time and need a creator while God can be eternal and outside of time?' Kirk Cameron and the other guy simply refused to respond! The moderator had to push for a response that ended up falling flat on its face.

Couldn't say I didn't expect this.. but I also loved how Cameron went on the O'Reilly Factor and both O'Reilly and him agreed that the atheists had failed and been overly aggressive. Simply amazing.. and a new low for O'Reilly to agree with such a fool.
