I bought one from Fry's in Plano, TX, 3 weeks ago when it was on sale for $109.99.
One day after installing my new window in it.
It just died.
May be just bad luck on my part.

If you can handle a rebate ($25), you can get this online at Newegg for $99.99, free shipping.

Or, maybe a better deal, get the desktop bundle that also contaings the required mounting rails and a copy of Acronis True Image HD for $10 more, 109.99 AR.

While a nice deal, the 40gb intel-v is also on sale on frys until thursday (thus you have some of wednesday left and all of thursday.)

The price is either 84.99 or 99.99 depending on your location. Here is the comparison of the 40gb intel-v vs the same drive but 30gb model.

I would match rather get the intel 40gb-v for it has much better random reads and random writes. I have own the intel 40gb-v in 1 computer for 3 months now, and I also own an supertalent drive (which was identical to the original ocz vertez)

As usually, TRIM support is questionable .. Kingston's website claims that these do support TRIM
