This is their second generation. Is this a good drive? For $149.95 it sounds like a lot of drive for the dollar. Do the below spec look reasonable? This appears to be SATA II.

SV100S2/128GZ - the V100 is actually their 3rd generation, is a current model and is a fine drive. At $150 for 128GB it becomes a great drive. The Kingston rebates I've seen are large ($50-$75) which would worry me, but may not worry others. It has aggressive garbage collection, so you don't have to worry about it in non-TRIM OS's (not Win7). It's another well executed plug-n-use drive from Kingston. I owned/used 3 of their 1st gen and 2 of their 2nd gen and found all of them to be plug-n-use as well.
