I see that this memory has pretty lame timings (3-4-4-8-1T) but my question is - would this RAM, since it is 4000, allow me to OC my system as far as the cpu and mobo would allow? I am assuming that since it is already at a much higher Mhz that it would in no way be a limiting factor in OC'ing... is that correct?
Also, would I be able to set the timings lower than the lousy 3-4-4-8-1T default if I ran it at a lower Mhz - such as 3400? Would it be possible to get it down to like 2-3-3-6 or something? I know when you push RAM above its default settings the timings usually get loose and I am wondering if the opposite is true - lower than default Mhz you can get tighter timings...?
