Kingston HyperX Pc3500 post 1.4 bios on the NF7-S

I was wondering if this issue was addressed with the new 1.4 bios or the 1.8? for the v1.2 nf7-s

i know that the hyperx pc3500 couldn't do the specified speeds before the bios...

so does anyone know that if the stick works now like it should with the new bios?
