These are rated at CAS9 with 1.7v?

High voltage requirement, by today's standards, don't you think? Seems like most of the current C9 DDR3-1600 kits take around 1.5v.

yeah this is not particularly great ram.

most generic ddr3-1333 does cas 9 at 1.5v. so almost any set would probbly do 1600 @ 1.7 cl9.

that said its still only $50.
