Kingston Hyper X Ram

I was looking into buying a gig of ram and saw these Kingston Hyper X pc3200(ddr400) ram.

Model Numbers: (2x512)

KHX3200AK2/1G $182.95

and

KHX3200AK2/1GR $99.99

I was wondering what the differences between these are? I can see that the only differences is that R at the end of the 1 gig but what exactly does that R mean? The ram will be used on a DFI nforce 4 ultra D mobo and a 3000+venice. I'm hoping these rams can OC very well. Thanks for the info if anyone knows!

Sorry Soujiroh, I couldn't find anything more on this one.

Apparently it is lifetime warranty so it could be a deal???😕
