Kingston 2GB MicroSD / TransFlash card with SD Adapter $20 shipped

My Kingston 2GB mSD was from Taiwan. "Pickles!", I thought. After all, the 1GB cards from Taiwan were uber-slow compared to the Japanese ones (rebadged Toshiba, apparently). I then ran HDTach on my 2GB Taiwan Kingston and got consistent 18.2 MB/sec reads, making it the fastest of any SD-type cards I own (including A-DATA and Sandisk brands, micro SDs, regular SDs and SDHC - including my Japanese Kingston 1GB mSD). Very nice! YMMV, of course.

Web site linked to shows as $19.99 .... not bad for a 2GB Micro SD
Too bad my Razor V3M (verizon wireless) can only access a 1GB
maximum ... I tried it with a 2GB and the second half of the card
could not be read, even in my computer with a media card reader.
It showed it, but it was inactive and I was not able to make it active
or repartition the first 1gb to use the other 1gb ... had to exchange it.
It was a Sandisk card. (not their fault and they stand behind their products)

Seems to work again. OP link works for me.

There was a Lexar 2GB for $14.99, but it vanished while I was browsing.
