That is true ... it's CAS3 but it works CAS2 all way up to 150MHz. And it's benchmarks are almost the same as Mushkin rev2. By "almost" I mean that in some circumstances Kingmax have better results and in some Mushkin.
So, basically you are buying CAS2 memory which is the same as Mushkin rev2 and it has less hight( in case someone does care ).

I have these and they do run at cas 2, although I have only ran mine at 141mhz. As for performance, it is right up there with the top $$$ brands (crucial, mushkin, micron).

Link towards the bottom will show some Sandra scores of various rams from users.
This is for the Abit KT7 motherboard.

I have infineon stick (7.5ns, same as the mushkin rev2) that does cas 2 @ 146 with turbo timings on my KT7. I think I'll pass on this since I don't know what chips the kingmax one uses.

Most of the time this ram will run at cas 2 even at 150Mhz. At lower speeds it will almost always run at cas2. I have 2 128Mb sticks of this that I purchased awhile back when the price was slightly higher. It runs cas2 for me with ease, but my Tyan Tiger 100 motherboard will only go upto 133Mhz FSB. So, I can't say for sure whether my particulr sticks will do cas2 at 150Mhz or not. Whether or not this ram is quite as good as the mushkin or not is debateable, but for the price it is good ram. The only thing I regret about getting it is that I didn't get 2 256MB sticks instead.
