Or you could do what I did, I bought my first Mr.A, and sold it for 4.5M. Then I bought one for 4M from someone else, and sold it for 5M. Repeat as desired

The absolute best place for meat is the highest peak of Mt.McLargeHuge in the Mountains. Get yourself a 20lb Leprechaun and have someone cast empathy on you to boost your familiar to 25lbs and adventure on the peak. You'll get close to 1000 meat per battle.

I had it done by level 4, IIRC. I had cast Disco Aerobics to get a temporary jump in Moxie, though.
