Interesting... you wouldn't happen to know by chance which episode it was or what season it was in would you? If not, Thank you anyway as that explains a lot as it is.

i already posted that they do make hand controls. you don't even need prosthetic legs.

but what if I want to be like cotton hill where I don't have to do any bullshit in order to get around? No prosthetics no car modifications, nothing.

This is completely aside the point as my question was answered long ago and I was simply responding to a person who didn't understand what I was getting at. In case you don't understand, cotton hill has feet but no shins, that is why he is able to get around, something I didn't know he had and therefore couldn't understand why he'd be able to do all the things he did.

The artist could draw him with rocketboosters coming out of his ass allowing him to hover everywhere.

Would you then start a thread asking how you can get a rocketbooster ass?

Calm the f down there was a thread about why they don't go over warp 5 but I guess that is ok. People take fleabag way to serious lol.

this is coming from someone(fleabag) who claims he has more experience looking at tires by looking at cars parked in walmart parking lot compare to somone that has been working as a mechanic for 20+ years for various dealerships, tire shops, etc

being 4 feet 5in tall should be tall enough. I see midgets driving cars and trucks around my areas
 
season 2 episode 18 "Cotton loses his driver's license", so that may show him driving

season 4 episode 2 "Cotton takes over Peggy's physical therapy in exchange for help getting a burial plot in the Veterans' Administration cemetery, but Peggy discovers a discrepancy about Cotton's service in the Army during World War II. " , this may be the one where they show what happened to his legs

season 12 episode 5, "While at a Japanese restaurant, Cotton suffers a war flashback and ends up getting hospitalized after falling on the grill" , if not the previous, this flashback might show his shins getting blown off
