King Lear - Essay Problems

I have to do any type of critisism on King Lear (Mimetic/Pragmatic/Expressive/Objective) and I was thinking to write this 5 page paper on Mimetic. Could yall give me some examples to spark my memory that could help me make this paper that much longer? Thanks

Try to compare it to Kafka's Trial. It would certainly take a very long essay to get anyone convinced... 😛

Kafka's Trail? Whats that? Alright, Im trying to think of a few things, I dont know if these will make the essay that much longer:

1. Daughters revolting against their father.
2. Using the King's Madness against him for his daughters gain
3. People willing to kill for power
4. Two stories going on at one time (Daughters against Lear, and Albany/Lear against his daughters).
5. Betrayal?
6. Deviding possessions among siblings
7. Fighting over ownership of land
8. IDK! Heh

This of course in a mimetic sence.
