KinetiZ 7B compatibility problems?

Does anyone know if this motherboard has any known incompatibilities? I havent' been able to find anything on QDI's homepage, but something is messed with my system. I'm running this motherboard, and Athlon 1GHz, and win2k server, and repeatedly experience lockups. Hoever, these lockups only seem to occur when the computer is connected to a network connection. I thought it was the NIC, but I've tried multiple cards, in different slots, all with the same problem. Win2k will be fine, and then just freeze solid. Usually its when browsing the internet, or doing something with network settings, etc. I thought it was the hard drive, so I switched that, and it still happened. It does not seem to be overheating at all, as it runs without problem if disconnected from the LAN for over a week straight. I'm wondering if theres a software compatibility thing, but all I'm running is it as a web server, so its doing IIS5, SQL server client tools, and a program called ASP2000 that lets me serve the ASP pages I have. The shop we got it from keeps saying its something we are doing, as they can't seem to find anything wrong with it. But the stupid thing keeps locking up on me. GahhhhhHH! Any ideas?
