kinda sick here, need help

I do not have a fever, but I do have a stuffy nose a semi sore throat and phlegm galore.


at first I thought it was dust alergies, but I have taken zertec ( thats how you spell it?) for 3 days and nothing.

every morning I have woken up, its been horrible, with phlegm build up in my throat, my nasal cavities all congested, my throat besides the phlegm was dry and every time I breathed, my throat would feel itchy. I have been sneezying and coughing a bit, more coughing though

I just took zicam night time medicine, I hope it works.


are there any home remedies any of you can think of?

For the past 30 hours I've been stuck with an unbeatable headache almost to the point of becoming a migraine. Being on the computer just makes it worse, but I'm tired of just laying around all day.

Take the day off from work so you don't get others sick. Antihistamines, decongestants, and healthy food. Plenty of water and plenty of rest.

ouch lol migraines suck. my mom gets them, and I had one once in my life (thank you god)
